The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without a lift and forms part of one of the most characteristic areas of Villajoyosa’s Old Town, surrounded by the traditional colourful houses that give La Vila Joiosa its unique charm.
The apartment offers approximately 65 m² of space, accommodates up to 6 guests and has 3 bedrooms. It is bright, practical and functional, making it ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a comfortable stay while still enjoying the authentic Mediterranean character of the historic seafront.

We were three adults so not able to use the bunk beds as planned because the bottom bunk bed was directly on the floor, so not suitable for an adult of a certain age to get in and out of. Bathroom door was very poorly fitted so didn't shut properly. see more

Bathroom door was very poorly fitted so didn't shut properly. Wasn't shown the shower room on the ground floor we discovered this by accident on the last day along with chairs for the beach! Full length mirror. Communication on checking in had to ask what where to go, although accommodated an early check in that was appreciated.

El apartamento está muy cerca de la playa. Desayunar en la mesita de la terraza mirando el mar. Oír el mar en las noches. El personal muy amable. Paqui un encanto nos explicó todo fenomenal. Hemos pasado unos días inolvidables

Lo bien cuidado que siempre está todo los detalles de la decoración y equipamiento ya son 9 años alojandonos con vosotros y ya es nuestra segunda casa en la Vila todo es excelente en especial el trato de Ricardo y Paqui de 10!
