CASA AZUL is a very welcoming apartment located in the heart of Villajoyosa’s Old Town, less than 50 metres from the beach and next to one of the historic towers of the city’s old defensive wall.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, with very easy access and only two small steps. It is practical, bright and recently renovated, with new installations and equipment, and has been designed to offer a comfortable stay for 2 guests.

The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed, a spacious open-plan kitchen, a generous bathroom with shower and a comfortable, functional living area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, crockery and kitchen utensils. The accommodation also includes air conditioning, heating via heat pump, WiFi, two televisions and a washing machine.

One of the main advantages of CASA AZUL is its ground-floor location, which is relatively unusual for this type of property in the Old Town. In addition, despite being a traditional house, the apartment has no damp problems and has been prepared to provide a pleasant stay throughout the year.

Its location makes it easy to enjoy Villajoyosa almost entirely on foot. Playa Centro is just a short walk away, and nearby you will find restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and some of the most charming streets of La Vila Vella, Villajoyosa’s Old Town.
